DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

If the service quality of your electricity or gas suppliers is not satisfactory, or if you would like to make a complaint against your electricity or gas bills, you can file a dispute settlement request with our dispute settlement board.

Please send an e-mail, letter or fax with a written request to E-Control's dispute settlement board:

Make sure to include the following information in your disupte settlement request:

  • a detailed account of what happened in your opinon
  • the electricity or natural gas undertaking (network operator or supplier) against which your complaint is directed
  • a proposal for a satisfactory solution
